Standard Dental Plan
Give your employees one of two good choices from MetLife: a standard plan covering the majority of preventative and major dental services, and a premium plan with added benefits. In both plans, employees can use providers outside the MetLife Preferred Dentist Program. Employees who use the program's preferred dentists can take advantage of:
- Lower out-of-pocket expenses for most preventative and major dental services.
- Typical savings of 10-30% below the average charges.

Premium Dental Plan
Excellent benefits are available in the Premium Dental Plan including higher co-insurance for basic and major services, and lower annual deductibles than the Standard Dental Plan, with a $1,500 per-person annual dollar limit. A great choice for your employees with families, the Premium Dental Plan covers orthodontia (for children or adults) with a $2,000 per-person lifetime limit.

Help your employees cover all the basics. While the Standard Dental Plan doesn’t pay for orthodontia, it covers most minor and major dental work, plus most preventative and diagnostic services. The annual dollar limit per person is $1,000.
